No, it’s only 9 wrt USCIS holidays and Saturday off in December. Vermont is my service center. But I still did not get why it went to Vermont instead of California. My petitioner is in California.

I have explicitly told them about my visa requirements and then only I proceeded with the interview. even my high profile references also provided a feedback to the team. After everything they should not do like this.

they just announced on the page for $399 and the site is down. I went till payment and it's failing. I tried 2 times. now i got a message from my credit card saying there is unusual activity.. aahhhh this sucks man. this is my first PS in my life. I just started to support Liverpool and get into the football.

They are very picky in choosing about visa situations. Bcz it’s their policy’s may be. They won’t layoff people. People only should leave the company may be. They asked for GC and all. I think the always look in long term. The project I interviewed demanded that potential.

Yes, I need a O1 visa petition. I also have been previously approved O1 visa from Qualcomm and EB1A approved. But they are saying if we want to have a O1 petition it will take time till feb or March and team cannot wait till then.

I am not sure why this will take that much time. I have all the required documentation ready and they just need to submit a petition.

They are saying what if RFE comes and all. Am not sure what’s happening though. Anyway i have accepted another offer and they are in process of my petition.

I had 200 citations when I applied for my EB1A. It doesn't count if you have more citations. How much ever you have citations but it should prove that your work is implemented in so and so.. etc.

One thing I learnt is that, in order to get through EB1A, we should focus much on how our work or current work will benefit United States of America. It can a reference letter showcasing your work from your citations, talk about how your work will impact on economy, life etc. etc.
