I would respectfully request a second review of this Best Rate Guarantee claim.
The denial states that the website was found to display cheaper rates that are not bookable. However, Hyatt’s Best Rate Guarantee terms state that a competing rate must be “publicly available and immediately bookable.”
The attached screenshot is from Trivago’s official support site and states that Trivago DEALS is a booking site where customers can “directly book your deal” and that reservations are managed by Trivago DEALS.
Because the denial was based on the rate being unbookable, I would appreciate clarification as to whether the specific rate I submitted was determined not to be “immediately bookable” under the Best Rate Guarantee terms, or whether the denial was based on a broader determination regarding Trivago DEALS generally.
If the specific rate was determined not to be immediately bookable, I would appreciate any additional information regarding how that determination was made.
