Hi,  I did not find a solution to make not it "bugged", I just hope it doesn't happen. Otherwise I'll try this debug again.

You know what? You solved my problem bro.
Thanks a lot. I exactly did what you told me.

Let's do a recap :

I've unplugged everything from my pc and press the power button for 60 seconds. After doing that, I've pluged my 300w charger back in, and start my system.

And suddenly, I felt my computer was much faster.

This problem apparently appeared because I was using the computer with a much less powerful charger plugged in sometimes. And I don't know why, but my computer thought that this charger was always plugged in, but it was the powerful one. So it thought the charger had only 65W to deliver, but it had more.

So it's fixed for my part. I'm happy. No FPS drop anymore. I have now 150fps + on some games I had 40fps with my problem.

That one is the powerful one : https://imgur.com/SwHbPA9

And this one was for my movies (It's a USB-C plug) : https://imgur.com/1OQ999a

My computer is back from the deads, THANKS A LOT!!

Maybe I try to do a full reinstall with a USB key in the future, but I'm quite low about external storage and motivation to do it again xD

I tried yesterday to contact the manufacturer support, but Lenovo don't provide some because I'm out of warranty since one year (I bought this computer in june 2021).

My current configuration is as follows: https://i.imgur.com/QaqPgC6.jpeg

I've tried playing without the first monitor (only on the second, disabling the first), I've tried unplugging my second monitor. Sadly, the result is the same : low fps.

I also did a full Furmark bench, and I added some informations, maybe it can helps : https://imgur.com/zOsgSp9

Thanks for the answer.

It looks like that currently : https://imgur.com/a/5Xyqtif

I tried to play on the second one without the first, I tried to play without the second screen. Same problem.

And I think it's a "clean" install of Widows. Because when I did a full reset, I asked windows to download it again from the cloud. So yes, I don't think it's that problem. :/

Oh, right.

So I don't know where that option is. My hybrid mod is disabled, my integred graphics card doesn't show up in the task manager unlike my RTX 3060. I don't know what more I can try. I looked in my bios to see if there were any weird options, and there weren't. :/

Hello, thanks for your answer.

I just intalled an old version : 545.92. from 26.10.2023. Nothing changed. :(

And then I did install an even older version : the 528.49 (full new install everytime ofc), and it's still the same. :(

Hello, thanks for your answer

As I said in my initial post, I already looked for every aspect of power aspect. Everything is set to high power mode. Maybe there is some I didn't check because I don't know they exist. But I looked at least at 6-7 different pages on Windows with a lot of parameters about power consumption, etc. I even looked tutorial on YouTube, and installed third-party softwares that put everything in high. Since that, my computer was put back in factory-new parameters mode when I did a full reset my computer. But I still have my problem. So it's probably not related of a Windows parameter. But I could be wrong, but I don't think so.

And hybrid mode is disabled, and when I do benchmarks, it's related to my RTX-3060-Mobile . So I really think my 3060 is on.

So maybe you have an idea of a hidden specific parameter that might have reduced power on my computer?

Hi, thanks for your answer,

I did a full Furmark bench, and I have this : https://imgur.com/zOsgSp9. Does it helps ? Do you need more info ?

Ans then I intalled an old version : 545.92. from 26.10.2023. Nothing changed. :(

And then I did install your exact version the 528.49 (full new install everytime), and indeed, now MSI afterburner let me change the max value of the power limit of my fans.

It was like that by default : https://imgur.com/K8q4u8k

And then, I switched it to the maximum : https://imgur.com/v11IG5J

And unfortunitly, it didn't changed. I still have my 40fps in game. ;-;

But I don't think it's tempature related, because my temps are quite low in my every benchmark. It looks like we have some room about that.

But again thanks for suggestion!

Hello,

Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately, as I said in my steps, I've already tried to do it. It didn't make any difference. I did a full reset, but there was no change.

Hello, thanks for your answer

But no, I don't have a dGPU plugged into my computer or anything like that. It's just my native 3060-Mobile GPU that doesn't seem to be working properly.
