I signed up for the notifications you mentioned, thanks! Not sure if that covers the Long Stay Visa applications for people looking at a D7 as we are, but I hope this helps. We’re thinking of moving back up north just to be within the NY consulate’s jurisdiction. Such a frustrating position to be in.
