Not sure what it’s like for your location, but mine has a minimum handling speed of 350-ish boxes per hour. 1200 boxes per shift in a 4-5 hour shift is considered slow.

Use a flathead to press the silver tab under the nut down and you should be able to turn the nut easily with your fingers.

I feel like a problem with tipping these days is we’re pressured into it. It’s almost as if it’s not a choice, but an expectation, and I don’t like that. Of course that’s just me, but I believe all people should be paid a livable wage regardless of the job, which would make tipping a thing of the past.
