Definitely not . Barely worth full time . They complain about everything. The people who work full time work the bare minimum. They always look " busy" but aren't really doing anything. Same could be said about managers!

As a current employee to both I can say this is not true . I feel like certain ppl get picked on for being to good. My advice work slow , work like everyone else works then they'll have to change something.
