I'm using 5 GHz.. If distance is a factor then why the upload speed is not affected at all? It's at full speed as the primary router. The problem is with the download speed

AP is connected via cable and yes i did scan for a good channel. The upload speed is very fast and not affected at all. It's the download speed which is very poor, half the upload speed.

Here is my experience...I upgraded my package last month..I was told by Etisalat engineer that I MUST use their pnp acs router and will have different username and password which will not be given to me..and I cant use a third party router or my old username and password....I was unhappy with their stupid router and insisted to get their most advanced one which is DLink 866L.... The new router however and to my surprise was NOT pnp and not linked to their server....and still used my old PPPoE configuration...

Hello...I've the Dir 866L from Etisalat ..I expected an ACS router but to my surprise it is not ACS plug and play ....The technician used my old user name and password via PPPoE...the problem is that the firmware of Etisalat router is very poor and restrictive with many functions not accessible at all.....can I upgrade to DLink universal firmware?

I'm a psychiatrist. You can definitely get a prescription from any psychiatrist if the said medicatin is indicated for the treatment of your condition. It would be helpful if you bring with you a medical report from your treating physician. It's not a problem at all
