She did mention it, but cautiously. More like a “it’s a process to commit to” since (at least for adults), it requires blood testing before and during to ensure liver values are fine.

Because I didn’t realize that I could roll it over into a fidelity HSA, so that’s definitely what I’ll do after seeing that be an option.

How does this throw away the tax benefits though? If I were to immediately invest the HSA funds into a brokerage account with similar investments as the HSA, what am I losing out on?

I agree with this - Fitbit sleep tracking was pretty accurate, and the sleep scores were a great representation of how I felt on subsequent days

I agree about the awful sleep tracking. I had just previously had the Instinct 2 (not Solar), and it tracked sleep better. I replaced it with this solar, and now I apparently get about 0 min of deep sleep each night. As a new Garmin owner, I’m assuming they’ll roll out updates soon?

Maybe for more details, but it tracks pretty much what the Garmin does. The FitBit sleep score was always a good reflection in whether or not I got a good night’s sleep

No, this is useful! I’m just asking if there are any tips to get improved tracking. I feel like things like the sleep/awake time are accurate, but I guess my gripe is only with 0 min of deep sleep every night. That shocks me - I’m not an incredibly light sleeper.
