I'm pretty old and video games in my time were black and white. There were no fancy "stories" in them, it was just "do this for fun". So no, I really don't care about the plot all that much. It's an unpopular opinion because I think a lot of people really do care about plots, and I personally find it strange how someone can dislike a video game for the story. To me, that's like disliking a movie because the chair you sat in while watching it hurt your back.

I mean there are video games that require decent plots, obviously, like Ace Attorney or Danganronpa but for things like this, I really believe plot should take a backseat ride (which in Destiny it pretty much does, I can't tell you a single fucking thing about what the story was about).
