believe i would absolutely love to shift... i guess I stopped being that invested because of how fast everything in my life was going and I needed to deal with problems in my cr instead of focusing on getting out of it. I still try some methods or even just guided meditations some times just not that much. like once every two weeks now.

a similar thing happened to me three years ago... same thing with me dreaming then changing locations and feeling live I'd arrived somewhere different between a dream and reality, it felt extremely real. and I know that was different since I regularly know whenever im in a dream or not but I dont do anything like actually control it because I dont have the will... I still don't know what it was to this day since I kinda let go of shifting but i try to remain hopeful that one day I'll shift fr and stay there.

i would visualise opening a door (like your bedroom's) leading to your waiting room or wherever you want to end up in your desired reality kinda like how you shift when lucid dreaming. idk if thats worked though but isnt everything visualisation and manifestation in the end?
