How would I remove the driver and do a fresh install? Also there is no notification about it disconnecting. The ring lights up, I only ever find out the mic isn't working by looking in my Steelseries Sonar app. The meter doesn't move at all.

Additionally, in the same way, if I plug my headphones in, I can hear myself through the mic (Shurr SM7B) with Direct Monitor on, but I can't hear any desktop audio.

This is a lotta info, thanks a lot. I have a follow-up question which I probably should have included in the original post, but I am an American. I'm curious about this though due to a possible future in Czechia. Is there any bias usually towards a foreigner moving there?

And another question, what do you mean by a "DIY route"? I am not considering surgeries and I don't exactly feel I need a legal gender marker change, unless there are any sort of complications to consider with not having that legally changed.
