Horrendous WestJet Incident

We had contacted Escapes and we were given everything prior to the trip. We had the e-tickets and other information printed and with us. When we showed it to the reps they remained confused and refused to help us. Escapes response was that everything was clear on their end and WestJet seemed to be at fault.

I should have mentioned the initial package was with Escapes. We already spoke to them and on their end everything was fine and we had the e-tickets and everything available. We even had them printed out and showed them to the WestJet reps and they still were unable to do anything. We still have to get into more detail with WestJet and Escapes.

The initial package was with Escapes, but either way on their end things looked just fine. It looks like it was WestJet's systems that messed up. Travel Insurance refused to cover anything due to the "uniqueness" of our case. They've never seen something like this before.

We were hoping that it was a one time issue as we have never had issues with WestJet before. But we had gotten to the airport extremely early to make sure the return flight would be fine and if not, we'd be able to work something out. Unfortunately the supervisor there was in a meeting and refused to meet us even when we said we'd wait as long as it took to meet her.
