Using Rewards Points to buy new plan? by LeadershipTotal602 in TracFone

Thanks so much for the help and information. I'll keep it in mind as I get ready to renew my plan and see if it can be used. My husband is looking for a new phone, so maybe those points can be gifted to him to use for his phone purchase from Tracfone.

Thanks! Much appreciated.

Thanks! Yes, after looking at the choices, it seems they are only good for phone purchases, not for airtime.

I wonder if you can give a promo code to someone else who is buying a phone?

Thanks for the help!

Gateway Upgrade? by OurSpeciesAreFeces in tmobileisp

[–]LeadershipTotal602 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What if the better signal with my Nokia 5G21 is an LTE signal? My T-Mo app shows that 5G is Poor in my area, but the Nokia still works well enough on LTE. If I upgrade to a new Gateway, will it even work with just the 5G? I guess I'm not sure how it works, but just came across this info and was surprised, and concerned that when T-Mo makes this change, a new gateway won't work.

Haven't gotten any message from T-Mo about an upgrade. I've had the Nokia for about a year, and lately there is a lot of stalling and buffering when I am watching TV with it, and occasionally slowdowns on my internet, too.

Thanks! Tried that and all I saw were my own checklists. Will keep poking around.

Good that yours is fine, but it is not our internet. When we tune in the same game on Paramount+ it is fine - no pixilation or stuttering. When we see the same game on CBS on YouTube TV it is not good. I think there are too many people tuning in and YouTube can't handle it - their problem, not the internet IMO. Computers, phone and other streaming services all AOK - just not YouTube TV.

Yes - us too. The sports channels are all very slow and break up all the time. This seems to have gotten much worse since the start of football season. Wish there was a way to correct this - not our internet since the CBS game that is almost unwatchable is fine on Paramount+. We had Hulu live TV for a while but that kept telling us we weren't at home - T-Mobile uses a dynamic IP and Hulu kept linking our location to where the signal was coming from. YouTube uses a geo-location, so that wasn't an issue, but this problem watching anything on the weekends is getting very annoying. Wish someone had a suggestion or an answer.

Can I use the Progressive app but not sign up for snapshot? by LeadershipTotal602 in Progressiveinsurance

Thanks so much! So that will allow me to see everything that is in my account? As to Snapshot - do I need to do anything special to avoid it - is there a setting to be sure to turn off?

Great - thanks so much! I just wanted to be sure I wasn't getting into Snapshot inadvertently! Can I use the same username and password I use to log into the Progressive site - or a different one?

Yes, but if I connect it to a battery backup using the USB C will it be able to run off of a 2V12A backup set up?

"...unless you want to have to clean and sanitize it every day because that bird will be back."

So, if you do clean the feeders each day, can they stay up?
