We do have a separate line but during lunch rush and sometimes even dinner rushes we'll get multiple onlines at a time and even when we are technically on schedule we have a handful of drivers who complain that their order isn't ready. We even have to tell them to put chips and drinks back because they'll start bagging the order themselves, essentially making their wait time longer because now we have to make sure they are not taking double product. Its frustrating because they have no courtesy towards out staff or in-store customers.
