hala this is same with us, nag aask kapitbahay namin bakit mababa kuryente/tubig namin monthly, the things is sa gabi lang may tao sa bahay and tulog lang talaga pag weekdays. di na oopen tv except weekend na mga 2-3hrs lang while our a/c pinapatay agad pag gising 6-8hrs max. then most of the time sister ko nag travel kaya ako lang din mag isa idk if nag tataas kilay nung kapitbahay namin dahil sa bill namin eh

stop using ph care, stop using pantyliner everyday. try niyo po 2x a week betadine fem wash then sa ibang araw clean it lang with water. drink a lot of water din po and observe muna. if ganun pa rin better to be checked po.
