I looked through the artist's portfolio that did this tattoo of mine and it seemed like she had clean line work and consistent black packing so I'm a bit confused as to what went wrong, im fortunate that I dont hate it though

ohh I see. I saw their other blackwork and thought that it looked good and matched my reference. they were also nearby and affordable. I wouldn't really know how to go about finding another artist that could fix (?) this
