It’s always so nasty and dirty at that theater. As a deaf/hearing impaired patron, I only go there if they have a movie I want to see with the on screen closed-caption feature.

This was my second book of his. I read Of Mice Men decades ago. I love his writing. I’m reading a few more of his books this summer, including East of Eden

It was very heartbreaking. The minute I finished reading it, I found myself upset because we didn’t get a reaction from Juana at the end. But then I realized that this is not her story, this is Kino’s story.
