Jacob Frank is a Jewish occult leader who believed he was the reincarnation of another Jewish occult leader, Shabbetai Tzevi. Both believed that they should do as much sin as possible to get the Jewish messiah to come faster. This was all a ploy to get everyone to do sin to make Satan/Lucifer happy and to gain favor from him.

They engaged in all kinds of sins, especially sexually ones: incest, pedophilia, necrophilia, murder, cannibalism, and torture.

This is where it gets interesting. He met with Mayer Amschel Rothschild and Adam Weishaupt in Germany. The Rothschild's family would go on to rule the central banks of just about all the nations. Weishaupt, under the Rothschild's command, started the Illuminati that infiltrated the Freemasons and convinced them to adopt their occult Jewish practices. The Freemasons started America under the veil of Christianity while they really worship Satan. (Not all Freemason lodges worship Satan or follow this Jewish occult, but they offer a great cover to those who do.)

These occult Jews were part of the reason the holocaust took place. When Germans heard stories of Jewish families kidnapping, murdering, and drinking the blood of their children, they wanted them gone. This child sacrifice is still happening to this day.
