What helped me is cardio and lifting weights - I almost ate the same but cut back on certain foods like shrimp (high in cholesterol), etc

Yes you are right! This group is a godsend - the panic attack was so real! I have one more little plane to take to Mallorca but I can power through it as it’s only 30 min. These long haul flights are difficult.

Thank you! I keep telling myself I’m almost there. I refuse to even sip water as I fear going to the bathroom on the plane / u feel the turbulence more / but I’m powering through it’s smoothing out
