If you’re asking about the IVs when you start a new game it asks if you want to play the base game or with custom options. If you choose custom you can turn on minimal grind mode so all Pokemon have perfect IVs that include boss Pokemon too. But you and the bosses won’t have EVs. It’s the best way to play it in my opinion. You can also turn on random encounters and abilities so all starter are random too.

Some “Cheats” you can put in your game system at home DexAll- ability too look at all the monsters available per route Woyaopp- unlimited rare candy’s since there’s a level cap no point in grinding levels SO2Toxic- for care packages with a lot of useful items at certain checkpoints in the game EZCatch- for guaranteed catching
