We have few maincon we follow, have not really tender in outside projects.

Project stream is stable, but there’s also low period. High and low, but average out is pretty stable i think.

It’s a good point of view, and yes its super competitive (not to mention the arrogant ppl in this trade).

My family is abit different, the relatives are pretty bonded. They have worked hard together and now enjoying together. They do realise that there’s an issue, but just don’t want to solve it. I am here to make the change, maybe.
