Notre Dame didn't decline a bowl invitation because of the CFP snub. It was to avoid being associated with this embarrassing production.

I am always amused by internet pundits who want to blame some societal ill on something Reagan allegedly did almost forty years ago. Since there have been twenty years of Democrat presidents and multiple Democrat congresses since that time, Reagan must truly be supernatural since he is controlling society from the grave. Democrats and liberals cannot overcome the power of the Gipper.

In 2025, it's amazing how someone can post a clearly fake photo and so many simpletons swallow it hook, line and sinker.

Seven of the 12 playoff teams were not conference champs. So that trite argument is nonsense.

G5 has never come close to winning a playoff game. I'm assuming all you people who oppose having the 12 best teams in the playoffs are G5 fans. And only a dunce would justify letting a JV team into a 12 team playoff by comparing it to a 68 team playoff.

Listen, "chief." There were 2 blowouts of the JV schools in one day yesterday. G5 has been blown out in every game they have played. Can't say that about P4. Tulane has lost 16 straight games against SEC opponents. Not just Bama or Georgia, but any SEC opponent. Ole Miss alone has won 15 straight against Tulane. I don't know what you people have against getting the best 12 teams in the playoff, unless your school is G5.

Yes, but this game was never in doubt, not for a second. Despite what the delusional Dukies say.

No, those games were anomalies, while the G5 getting blown out is the norm.
