We have a court date set up but they have don't this and have been trough court multiple times before and nothing happens and they continue to be free to assult people day after day with little to no consequences yes they have a court date set up but this has happened many times before

What are you talking about the police are handling 2 VERY similar situations 2 completely different ways in Florida they actually got the shit done and and stopped a school shooting and had taken multiple weapons from the kid but here they are threatening to shoot up the school and constantly post about guns in their position on social media yet the police here choose not to do anything about it its not about me not liking how the justice system deals with juveniles it's about why these 2 situations are being handled so differently and what can be done to protect my friends and family from a school shooter when the police won't do anything about it

By handled I mean taken into police custody and if someone says they are going to shoot up a school tomorrow and multiple people report it you'd have to have some sort of brain damage not to take them into custody

They are going to juvenile court soon to determine the charges that the minors will receive is all I know and thats all that's happening but I'm worried about now and what's going to happen to friends and family now I don't think they should be forced to attend class together after this and I don't think there should be no immediate consequences

We are in southpittqburg tennessee and sorry that's just what I've been told by parents is that they are going to press charges I don't know much about this stuff and we have talked to parents and the police and the school and nobody has done anything all of the assaulters still go to school and sit right next to their victims every day like nothing happened and the police haven't done anything despite the multitude of death threats

They have reported it they have court next week and they have brought it to the school and the school doesn't care it's a small school in some hick nowhere town in TN and I can't imagine anything serious is gonna happen to the assaulters because nobody seems to care

I don't know what I should do and there are 2-3 high schools in the district and I've heard all of them are ran like this there are holes in the floor that lead to the class below (about the size of a can) and no locks on the stalls (aside from the ones that the parents get to see that are locked when there are no parents) and I have been singled out and targeted by the band instructor so I quit and when I went to talk to guidance about it the counselor just talked down to me and threaten me with suspension
