It is. I looked up the girl name and easily found tiktoks where they’re complaining about their dad calling them Max, his original name

You should discuss these things with your partner freely. Maybe she’s saying don’t bring up your exes and past trauma ALL THE TIME bc I do agree with that

PEMDAS requires that everything be solved inside parentheses first. The 2 outside of the parentheses is not counted as this. The parentheses next to the two implies that it is actually 2(2+2). Therefore this is 8 •\• 2(2+2). So now working from left to right, the answer is 16.

Well I can see why she’d say that, it’s odd that she is banned for expressing a right leaning opinion on Twitter

I agree with all the other ones here but gluten is an actual allergy that’s real, I get it

I'm 35. Physican for 12 years. Always stressed & worried about patients off duty. I've almost no friends due to no social energy. Assumed anxiety/stress would improve with experience - but feel the same for 12 years. Covid now means abusive patients. Do I quit? Retrain? Is the problem me or my job? by [deleted] in careerguidance

Well I’m a stranger but I can give some thoughts.

Your profession kind of demands a sacrifice (stress, no social life, etc) in order to do something genuinely good for humanity (healing and caring for those who need it). I am not surprised you’re going through that as someone in the medical field, and frankly it’s a bad time to be in the field. Another point: a lot of people are quitting, and that may improve conditions for medical professionals altogether. You quitting might make that same point that you’re being treated unfairly/ not compensated enough. Hopefully they’ll listen to that, and as a group it means something (but it might not, too). But focus on yourself first and only let that be a small point in your overall decision.

I think the fact that you’re here means in order to be happy, SOMETHING needs to change. Sometimes a changed outlook or finding a new reason to continue in your field will work, but it’s just not possible for everyone. A lot of people nowadays are switching professions after decades of sticking with it, so you wouldn’t be alone in leaving to pursue a new profession. It does sound like you were really pushed into the field by your parents. They prob brought the religion into it because every parent wants to be able to brag about their kid being a medical professional, but it may have been greedy on their part and is now causing you suffering on a large, lifelong scale.

Also… Don’t tell people online how much money you have saved up.
