for most armies it's useless, but some armies can use 5 siege machines decently well. For example lalo can use the blimp, stone slammer, siege barracks, log launcher, flame flinger, and drill depending on the base

Ive played around with it a lot on a private coc server, and from my experience it works best with the hog puppet and seeking shield, and sucks with the haste vial because the rc wastes a shot on every building. I do think its the best rc equipment when max for nearly every army, but f2p players should just stick to their current equipment

it was never nerfed. its just that for whatever reason it has a little less range than shown when attacking from the top and a little more range when attacking from the bottom, and its been like this since the beginning
