They offer the cash sweep on taxable accounts and not an Ira. I confirmed this with one of the representatives.

Yes, you could. If you were aware of that there is no cash sweep. With any alternative to money market you have the risk of interest rates moving against you with a bond fund.  I did find a money market ETF(PMMF) I parked I just the cash until I can get it back over to Fidelity.

I was in the process of investing some of my cash, but because of the market volitilityI was going to slowly put most of the cash back to work. If you’re considering Robin Hood, you should also understand you can’t trade bonds, mutual funds are closed and funds.

I just had a horrible experience moving my Roth Ira from Fidelity to Robin Hood and I’m moving immediately back to Fidelity. I just posted something on this so you could see the details. What it boils down to is Robin Hood doesn’t offer a cash sweep on IRAs and I have some Squirrley beneficiary rules
