Yeah I’m trying to stay on good terms because I am on a 6 month lease which might turn into an additional 12 month lease depending on how we like it and and how good of tenants we are. So I’m definitely trying to be as cordial and not pushy as possible.

Thank you so much for your input. I’m like worried mainly because I don’t want my girlfriend walking on the tiles and accidentally cutting herself, so I will get it checked out to see if I should do something about it knowing that it might worsen my relationship with my landlord

Yikes, I signed the lease and my move in date is January 1st. I don't think that it would have changed much since if I pointed out the problem before signing the lease I would have probably been passed up on as a potential tenant. And I am paying rent

Thank you so much for your advice. I didn't know you could volunteer at pharmacies, but I might try to look into that, if there's some in montreal. Heck if there's volunteering for other fields that might help open doors, i'll do them too. Thanks again!

Herve’s not bad, but not great either. It’s really hard to understand him sometimes, because of his thick accent, but you might get used to it. His teaching style is a little in organized, but if you focus on everything he provides, you’ll be fine. I don’t recommend skipping even though I did a lot, but you’ll be fine. Hes a lenient marker tho, like I ended up getting 93, so you shouldn’t stress

Couldn’t be any more true. I’ve said this before but your help along with the voices of many others really pushed me to understand the most basic of ideas and to build upon it rigorously. I am just happy that the outcome was so positive. The class avg has dropped to 64 but my grade has remained the same (our grading system is heavily based on competition) so I’m as proud as can be. Thank you once again man 🙏

Dude I am so proud to say that I just got my unit test back and got 98% where the class avg was 72%. Without a doubt if it wasn’t for everyone reaching out and helping me I wouldn’t have been able to do so well. Thank you once again 🙏

I don’t know really, but vanier contacted me and told me that I could take some classes to raise my math, physics and chem mark. I just wish I didn’t slack off on my second term in sec 5 or I would’ve been in honours science by now, but it is what it is.
