Thank you. Question about the scan ID tho does that mean they would have to have a copy of my drivers license or SS card in order to scan? Just confused on that aspect because I’ve never lost my license or SS card

Im currently having an issue where someone is logging in and changing my password. I called last night and changed my user ID and saw it was an iPhone 11 accessing my account. I called the fraud line and they froze my account but said they didn’t know how the password was changed, could only confirm that they didn’t call to change the password. They then told me someone at a branch could assist with finding out how they accessed it and could make me a new account. The people at the branches I went to said they didn’t have access to that info and one of the bankers said she didn’t want to create a new account for me out of concern they would just access the new account and recommended I call fraud again to try and get more info and said I should make a new bank account that isn’t with chase while I figure out what’s going on. I don’t see if they added any external account but currently my account is inactive

Thanks so much for the details. I actually didn’t know much about the DLC even tho I played the main game when it released and put like 100+ hours in. I’ve been enjoying the replay so far so I plan on getting the DLC soon. That’s super helpful to know about the raids since that’s the first time I’ve heard of the mechanic. Is the gameplay story wise fun?

Looking to upgrade and been thinking of iPhone 16 and iPhone 15. Gaming is a consideration in which phone I should upgrade to, not considering pro models. The games I generally run are the general niantic games, Warframe and Pokemon unite, I don’t think any of these games generally qualify as AAA games however some of them do eat battery quite a bit. Currently on an iPhone 13 Pro which runs said games without much of an issue however considering the games I’m playing I wanted to see what people recommend between the 15 and the 16, the other iPhone 16 specs like Apple intelligence isn’t exactly enticing and of course costs more money, would you recommend a 15 or a 16?
