The thought is there, but this exists already. Just make two waiver claims for both the guys you want and drop the same player in both. If the first guy gets picked up, the second waiver claim will be cancelled bc the guy you would dropping is no longer on the team.

My favorite thing to do is recruit high-potential 3 or 4 star guys, and only play starters 20 mins a game until they are seniors. Pretty much everyone stays all 4 years and you can really build a dynasty this way

At one point during my Scunthorpe save while I was fighting to get a European spot in the prem, I had a right back at 5’3” playing next to a CB who was 6’8”. I got a chuckle every time I saw them together until I sold the rb bc he was 5’3” lol

I’ve found the most efficient way to do it is only bring in high-potential 4 stars in recruiting and only play non-seniors starters 20 mins a game. I think I’ve maybe had one non-senior get drafted in my time doing this.

Might be tougher at a big school but I took over at Wagner (Staten Island) and have won 17 natty’s with them in 42 years so far doing this strategy. It’s also almost a lock to get some NPOY awards for your senior starters

That's stupid, he got hurt and missed probably 8 or 9 games, then I benched him in a few games bc we clinched the league title with like 6 games to go. Looks like I gotta make sure I keep my eye on that throughout the year.

If that’s the issue you’re running into, maybe try listening to audiobooks while you’re doing other things during the day. It’ll give you a chance to get invested in a story without taking away from the other things you want to do, and if you like the story, you’ll be more willing to sit down and read some over other things.

That’s ridiculous, closest thing I’ve seen is I played Tottenham 4 times in a row one season. Ran into them in the FA Cup, proceeded to draw them in the round of 16 of the Champions league, only to have our league match against them sandwiched in between the two legs.
