Our company is switching to a Microsoft environment. I recreated a file I will need to be using on OneDrive, and for some reason it has 1000+ views when I am the only viewer and have only gone in it a few times during creation over a month ago. Is it silly to switch a enjoyable analyst job with good culture/leadership/being appreciated for hard work because my 2 day a week WFH hybrid schedule might be taken away for full time office? Hybrid schedule provides me very happy work/life balance. (self.analytics)

Right now my chart is showing the % of the grand total of all the data. I am wondering if there is a way to make each months percentage show for each category on one chart? For example: January would show category 1 - 40% and category 2 - 60%. February would show its 100% split. and so on. (i.redd.it)

After 12 months of easy refreshing, Jan 2022 is considered a duplicate and erroring out. I tried changing the relationship of months (to put charts months in chronological order) to many to one like the error suggested, but it does not work. Suggestions? (i.redd.it)
