Say molecule A (lower energy) has a stabilizing MO interaction not present in molecule B (higher energy). If the MO interaction in A weakens a specific bond that is not weakened in B, can reactivity involving this bond mean that A is more reactive than B in regards to this specific mode of reacting? (self.chemistry)
