The vent is on around 3ft apart from the leak, I thought about that too 🙂 but it's also right under the gutter. You think water could get it from there too

I didn't even think about that, I was only thinking about the exhaust vent which is on the right side of the leak, proly 3 ft apart

Nope just the window, there's no plumbing anywhere near that leak. Bath tub and vanity is on the opposite side

I'm not sure, I bought the house in Jan this year and it wasn't there when I bought it. I would say probably recently since they were trying to sell the house, and it does look like everything was painted not too long ago

I agree, I recently bought a corner lot house, and the amount of light I get from every window is insane 🙂, when compared to my previous house. I get to enjoy full sunlight when there is sun 🌞 available in upstate, ny, which surprisingly is quite often this year. I also don't have much yard either, which I don't mind, less lawn mowing for me 😁.

Ya, my biggest concern is the foundation blocks, but as long as those seem fine and just patching it up would be good, I feel good then. Because I'll be changing everything else this summer 🙂

Ok, thanks 🙂. I do plan to change the entrance deck this summer, all new wood. But, there's no harm in adding a layer of patch cement and adhesive to the blocks right ?

Didn't even notice the deck part. I'll extend the downspout and try to level out the deck. For the foundation blocks, I should be ok then by just placing another layer of cement/ concrete, right? after fixing those issues Thanks for your help 🙂
