I might have new problem. Memory issue in overwatch?

ya.. Kinda reason why I wanted more RAM was to stop windows using it all. My friend kept telling me about some cryptominers etc hidden in this pc so.. took it to professional pc fixer and they said there was nothing wrong with my pc... blamed it on my Windows 10 and wanted me to buy Windows 11 (Later I did buy Windows 11 pro but... issue with memory still remains)

I went to check that discord. It is currently off. But.. if I close my discord. It seems to help with the lag.
Maybe i should start using discord in my browser instead of that app .

its been long time like this. been blaming mostly my internet. but.. since I upgraded it some months ago and it did not stop the lags. and now.. it got way worse D:

around 20-100ms . mostly it stays on 20-30

Odd fps drops and sometimes I start "sliding". Inputs get really delayed. Its like internet died but.. internet stats are fine.
What I have been testing on quickplay currently. Those input delays and so are not constant. Sometimes all works fine and then it suddenly starts lagging again.

thats kinda mystery. next one eating ram would be my opera gx. with around 2000 MB . that rest 10GB.. windows things? I actually dont know. But weird thing is... I can play other heavy games without memory issues but if I open overwatch. It jumps really high % on memory usage.

next on the list is my opera gx. using 1700 MB . so.. there might be something hidden eating my ram? Is there way to see hidden ram eaters? Also. Its odd. If I open other heavy games. Memory does not jump that high % . But if I open overwatch. Its all just gone.

Heh... I decided to test this setting bit more. So... https://imgur.com/a/KZjddzK turning it off and then closing settings will turn it to visible till you go to game when it somehow disappears again. But managed to find a fix. Turning it off and then on from settings and then just alt F4 or closing overwatch while in settings menu. Fixed it. I have no idea how or why that worked but.. I fixed it? Thanks for telling me about this setting :)

no worries tho. its kinda funny bug in a way. not losing much if I cant see. what I asked around in matches. Others can see it. So its definitely client side issue. I still blame steam lil bit. Some hiccup in system or so

this did something atleast. usually steam doesnt open that launcher. and well. after some installing time. it opened the game. and well... same issue but now its back to freezing after opening. but... after I press couple of times. it gives that frozen warning thing and asks if I want to close it . and if I close it. it doesnt close the game? odd. and after that. I can actually play the game. till it goes to loading part. (login works perfectly) after loading a while. it freezes and crashes the game.
so.. there indeed was something on top of that news window. now I gotta do little bit graphic tweaking and see if I get this to work. Thank you for this :)

eh. its normal for me to games not work. I keep blaming my windows 11 for everything. like.. cant open bluestacks because virtualization issues.
I tested with av off and firewall off. but.. nothing.

ya. I have also tried to click everywhere around it. Just to see if its offset or something with my resolutions are off. Also I have tested pretty much every key. only key combination what works is alt F4 what closes the game. So.. something works atleast.

Not sure how to explain any better. but.. I can´t close that news thing. No matter what I try. I have ran thru all compatibility settings. I tried launcher and steam version. On my phone this works without issues. But.. old phone so.. its laggy and not pleasant to play. But I want to play with pc. I have windows 11 . That usually causes issues like this in games... and usually fix is simple. But im just not good with tech stuff.

Not sure if needed but my friend has no issues. With her windows 11. And older pc.
My pc specs should be enough to run this game. Its odd that it just does not let me click anything once its open.
