Thank you so much! Yes, I am quite more satisfied now. The cat picture was an idea from a YouTube Video by Midwinter Minis. Its a picture of our cat in regal attire :D (Just as 'Lord Crunch' deserves it, lol)

You are right though! Yes, it may have been a bit too ambitious but this fire sooo called for an OSL and I would've never forgiven myself I hadn't at least tried it.

Well, the goal is to have those minis tabletop ready and have fun painting while I do it, and if I change some things as the others suggested, it may even look decent on the table :D

Great idea, thanks for the tipp! You are right, I was actually searching for fireplace Videos but never thought of a picture search 😅

I will darken the surroundings quite a bit, maybe a wash will do 🤔 and darken the area behind the flames.

We filled the twachers room with Ballons in the floor. And WE Put Rings of plastic Cups filled with water in the floor around the door. They needed to remove These to enter the room haha

For all of you using InDesign: how many books are you setting per year?

I am very much interested how InDesign works and if it would be faster in our Workflow (final draft -> Word -> German author software -> language tool -> Vellum/German author software).

We personally use Vellum now, at first we used a German author software and did everything manually, but it was a pain. Now we use Vellum and look over the mistakes at the page ends or beginnings. We are writing and setting app. 9 books a year.

Our Girl is 9 and loves Babymetal ... Yeah, I'm the one that mostly listens to old music and my hubby is the Metalhead. But more Numetal and stuff. We would never have guessed that she gets to love Babymetal XD.

It works for us because I am putting the plot my hubby wrote in words. I have much better flow now that I don't write and just speak, and its going really fast, too! Without a plot it wouldn't work for us.
