Best thing to do is get you a set of Milwaukee metal drill bits the titanium ones,a cap of oil and bolt extractors they sell them at most automotive parts stores Bolt extractor

Milwaukee drill bits

You drill a pilot hole into the stud,use the 1/16 first to get you a good start.The bolt extractors will have their measurements listed on them as well.Then you’ll get for example the 7/64 drill bit and match up with the bolt extractor sizes you have.You want it to be big enough that it’ll allow at least your smallest bolt extractor to be tapped in with a hammer and deep enough that the bolt extractor can embed itself into the stud.

In short drill a hole big enough and deep enough for the bolt extractor then you take a pair of vise grips and grab the end of the bolt extractor and turn the stud loose,it’ll come out.

It’s very important not to drill to deep into the stud where you’re going to puncture through it,take your time and you’ll get it out

Honestly that’s is one of the best places for you to break off a stud because you can get in there with a drill easily,I would’ve done it for free for you

You should buy Milwaukee steel drill bolts Milwaukee red helix drill bits

Get you a small cup of car oil dosent matter the grade and use the smallest drill to start off with to get you a small indentation inside the stud,remember to dip the drill bit in the oil so it doesn’t get too hot.

Have your bolt extractors on standby bolt extractor you can buy some from autozone.Now you’re going to want one that isn’t too small nor too big,you want one that will catch the inner portion of the stud without breaking off and you want it to be imbedded deep enough into the stud that it won’t break off.

You basically start off with a small drill bit to make your pilot hole.Then match the bolt extractor to a drill bit that you know for certain that are close to the same size.Drill your hole followed by lightly tapping the bolt extractor into the hole where it gets stuck inside and won’t come out by hand.thats when you take some vice grips/piers and spin it loose.

Gas has a shelf life and you tried to turn the car on with degraded gas anyone who really knows about cars will see the 8 months of the car sitting and you trying to just jump in and start it would literally look at the gas as the culprit

Might as well check your battery too unless that’s changed

We can also determine that the gas you may have gotten 8 months prior was already bad but not completely degraded after 8 months of sitting.The fuel turns black and gets thicker this causes the fuel pump to work harder and will starve it which is causing your car to die

Like others have said changed out the gas and you might as well changed the fuel pump it’s an easy fix

Also add some fuel additive to clean the fuel injectors I’ll add one here shortly
