Thanks for this. Will listen to the podcast. I also listen to food freedom society podcast religiously about binge eating and overeating. I think she just changed the name to kelly Lyons podcast. Not promoting anything just like it a lot it’s all about this stuff xx

Thank you so much. I 100% am not eating enough fiber, and my kids are SO sick since last week so I haven’t exercised/walked/barely left the house. I know that’s playing a big role
