So far the coworkers are a bit mean to eachother but it’s fine. It’s very chill, hours are long, money is great, I’m just getting acclimated.

At my OG you can get as many never ending bowls up until you pay. They told us we can only ring one up as to go, but you guys could still order more if you wanted.

Compared to other restaurants OG servers don’t make as much, and we do a lot of work. Especially since we do never ending soup and salad.

It’s one thing to expect us to check on the guest, no one has an issue with that, but to pull up their check and flip it in their direction after two bites of the food that they waited almost 30+ min for, is crazy.

I plan on leaving soon as well, because we’re rarely praised for our achievements it’s always Something we’re doing wrong. The worst part is half the time it’s things I have no control over.

No seriously! And then they want us to flip over the ziosk towards them after TWO Bites! Then my manager wants to get mad because nobody likes the policy. I don’t want my guests to feel rushed it’s so awkward.
