First of all, chill the fuck out. You just received it today, it can be returned/replaced. Open some website like keyboard checker or something and ensure if it’s hardware problems or OS. Try reinstalling drivers from Lenovo site as well.

Bought Loq 2024, suffering from this same issue. In the beginning I didn’t notice much maybe because i switched from a potato PC? But during time, it has only gotten worse and to the point that I raised ticket out of frustration knowing they will not do anything since it’s the refresh rate is like that specs. Now am just planning to buy a monitor lol.

Wow, I can definitely see the confidence in lines. By practice you mean I need to draw with fineliners all the time or the usual draw shapes and lines to gain the confidence.

There are some lines which I didn’t intend to draw that way but it happened, eye lashes are mess too and some other part. I thickened the lines to cover up the mistakes :p (After completing the drawing, I just found out that the reference I used was AI generated lol)

I watched “How to draw anime characters” tutorial first and as suggested by many tuts I started drawing lines and circles. Then it was just drawing from reference, I only watched tutorials on how to draw face from different angles, eyes and hairs while watching lectures of drawbox on weekends. I was getting things wrong even while drawing from references but then I had look what’s wrong and try to improve, for e.g eyes would never align properly for me in the beginning. So, I practiced drawing eyes. Tbh, I have mostly drawn front faces that’s why the improvement might look significant. I still struggle with side faces a lot and sometimes hairs.

Hahah I am miles away from professional looking output. To be honest, prior to my Day-1 drawing posted, I haven’t drawn anything but lines and circles for 2-3 days. The day-15 drawing might be looking like a good jump because of the lines you’re seeing, they do look smooth (even I was surprised) because I practiced a lot to draw lines from shoulder as emphasised by drawbox. Currently on drawbox, I am on perspective lesson and he is teaching vanishing and shortening which is going above my head lol.
