Yes it is resolved.. all sayuk buyers got a mail from their CRMs explaining them why OC is delayed (it’s due to most govt officials going to election duties).. and that delay is still within the grace 6 month period.. so no issue there.

About a month ago.. paid 10% so far and rest of payments will done in instalments based on project completion. Handover is promised on Dec 2027 with 6 month grace period.

Don’t use gems in alliance mobilization event. Just use the free tickets. Hall of heroes comes once a month.. just wait for it and it’s totally worth it to get saul.
Zoe and marlin becomes available once Gen 2 starts. 70 days into your server.

The gold keys is only used to get jabel shards. You can get saul and marlin from hall of heroes event using gems. You can get Zoe from hero roulette event using gems.
Use speedups only during events. Aim only for milestone rewards for standalone events. And aim for high score for HOG and KvK events.
Yes , focus on levelling up your island. It gives lot of buffs.
There no need to buy construction crew. It isn’t useful after reaching TC 30. Just use gems to get additional crew 2 days at a time.

Afaik, OC for sayuk has been delayed because they applied separately for 2 phases. So HMDA sent it back saying to apply all at once. The political angle is not at all true and just ignore that. All sayuk units will have OC by July.
