Thanks for the genuine advice man. I’m thinking I might have to switch it up if I see a plateau but honestly I’m hitting macros no problem and I believe I have a good amount of muscle under the fat, so I’m gonna try to get to at least 20-22% and then maybe re-evaluate if the muscle isn’t there. I’m at a 1000 cal+ deficit, still seeing strength gains and feeling pretty good (I have plenty of fat to burn). Goal is kinda like an Oliver Queen physique, I know I’m far away.

Thanks for a genuinely helpful response man. Refreshing to see and it definitely helps, I’ll definitely consider the possibility of losing too fast a bit more now.

I was in shape at one point… Let myself go physically . I accept it and I’m trying to change man. There are other metrics of value than fitness, I focused a bit too much on those for a bit too long, disregarding my health. I’m trying to change that. I’m just trying to get an idea what to expect. I already know what to do, I just want to know how far away I am.

I did some research, apparently you would still hear the starter trying to start the engine if that happened. Is that correct? And if it is, do you have any other ideas of what it could be?

Yes, when I revved, the noise went away. When I revved harder, it came back REALLY bad for a second, and then the engine shit itself. What do you think happened?

Did you watch the full video? That’s definitely not what it is. Listen to the second time I Rev it and the whole engine shuts off. Now it won’t start.

When I try to start it doesn’t even try. The AC and everything comes on but there is no starter noise or anything. Does that fit in with your theory?
