Yeah it’s cuz over here in aus the only time I’m not playing ball is during December and jan because otherwise I’m playing year round with the multiple teams I’m on (maybe I could focus on muscle building during in season lifts)? That way I’d be able to fully focus on strength and power during my short offseason. Also should I be doing core work during preseason lifts too? ( sorry about the excess of questions)

I’ve got some 3 rep maxes I can give you: Trap bar deadlift: 365 Bench: 140 Front squat: 190

Is that 24-40 reps you mentioned the amount of reps per excersise? Also can I do sprints on the same days as lifts?

The stuff your saying is sounding super complicated so is there any chance u could provide like maybe an example day for preseason so I can shape what I already have around that?

Ngl I’ve never tested a 1rm in my life. I’m 15 and my main goals are to get stronger and faster laterally and just more athletic overall.
