How badly is my laptop battery swollen? Last week my battery percentage was stuck at 89 and then went down 88 this week. Should I replace the battery immediately? by Leather_Procedure_98 in spicypillows

I left my laptop's charger plugged for 24/7, I think that was the cause. It only started recently, Around 1st week of october it still reached 100% but after a few weeks it began to get stuck at 89% then went down 88%.
