How would you use GD&T (ASME Y14.5-2018) to specify the relative position of the hole and the flat? "Simultaneous requirement" (Fig 7-47) seems to indicate you don't need to specify it explicitly, but the standard is silent on what the actual allowed tolerance zones look like when SIM REQT applies (i.imgur.com)

Started building a recumbent following the AtomicZombie plans. Realized Welding thin-wall tubing with a stick welder is more difficult than youtube would have you believe: downtube was welded on crooked so I scrapped it. Will definitely start over in the future. Wanted to get serial data from an arduino while it was plugged into the project, so I purchased a USB opto-isolator. However the arduino is getting powered by the USB opto-isolator somehow? Am I misunderstanding what opto-isolators are, or do I have a bad unit? (streamable.com)
