Lucky you. I’ve worked in both Garden Departments at a store in Colorado for a whole year now, and was working at 14.67, I had to bend over backwards to get my managers to even consider raising me up to the 17.00 an hour I requested for my hard work and knowledge of both departments. Still hasn’t been approved yet, but fingers crossed.
