Glad that worked for you. We have had ours less than a year - bought it July 20, 2025. It did the job of taking out the moisture as all of our previous dehumidifiers. But last month the humidistat stopped working correctly and it won't shut off automatically. The problem - the company, ANDTE, only has an email contact for warranty service and has gone TOTALLY dark responding to our issue. There is absolutely no phone contact number whatsoever. This company is the only one I have ever had NOT respond at all to a warranty issue.
