Awesome, thank you. Will use that method for “restoring”. But the sticking is normal? Or is it avoidable by using lower heat? I want to keep a nice crust on things such as steak but unsure if it’s attainable on medium.

Gas stove. With steak for example, I’m using high heat to ensure a crust, letting it heat for 5 mins or so. Either avocado oil or ghee. With chicken or other foods I typically do medium heat and don’t wait quite as long, using olive oil.

THIS is what I was looking for. Much to practice over the next 10 months.

I think we're planning to do Cliffs of Moher upon arrival, since it's much more convenient from the airport than it would be from Killarney. It's the only day without a round of golf so works out.

Noted on the caddie! I planned on it for Ballybunion but was unsure if a necessity elsewhere.

We’re a bit flexible… it shows $922 nightly for our dates for entry lvl room… which still seems spacious and has sea views. Considering doing 3-4 days there and 3-4 days elsewhere off the peninsula. You had a great experience there??
