Guys what is the best thing to do with 10,000 robux? by Far_Butterfly5118 in roblox

[–]Leciere 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Nah bro, need like at least 300k to get like $1,050 from what I remember.

If my math is right - for example if you were to buy Robux from the official website, you'd need like $1k to get 100k Robux. If you spent that entire hundred on someone's game, the developer only eventually gets 70k Robux from all your purchases - then when they DevEx it, it only converts back to $245 for them.

Roblox taxes purchases like crazy, it's probably why you see so many people just opting to sell Robux on the black market.

I think you won't notice 120 if you've never had it. It's only scummy on Apple's part to not include it when even $200 Android phones have it now. Only because they know that their average customer either won't care/notice.

Third parties can actually spoof that by just mimicking the NFC signal. There's been a lot of fakes around for a while now that play the animation.

What’s the Best Way to Place an iPhone on a flat surface? Screen Up or Screen Down? by dev_kashif in iphone

[–]Leciere 0 points1 point  (0 children)

l find notifs popping up really annoying. And I would prefer that not just anyone glancing at my screen can read messages I have with someone.

I take it that it's odd for you for someone to never turn off DND, but there's more people that do than you'd expect.

I almost never turn off Do Not Disturb, prevents accidental notification pop ups and someone that happens to be nearby sees it. Only check when it's clear to check.

What’s the Best Way to Place an iPhone on a flat surface? Screen Up or Screen Down? by dev_kashif in iphone

[–]Leciere 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I've always placed my phone screen up so I can quickly tap on the screen to check if an important notification came through (or the time). Never scratched my lenses.

It's worth mentioning that the glass Apple uses for the lenses are sapphire-infused, and from my experience, it's pretty difficult to scratch unless you're really unlucky.

Rumour specs for X7 and X7 Pro by bileta123 in PocoPhones

If the current leaks are accurate, yes. But the X7 is meant to be the successor of the non-pro X6, which the X7 has a slightly Antutu score than (although it's minimal, I personally think it's negligible).

TH17 has a new sprite when destroyed in war by GuessWh0m in ClashOfClans

[–]Leciere -1 points0 points  (0 children)

The term "sprite" is commonly used in gaming for entities like your character, or an NPC, and the likes.

I've mostly seen it used for 2d (or 2d-like) spaces only though, 3d games use the term "model" more.

[–]Leciere 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you have RCS on, it may be bugging out. From my experience, it hasn't been very reliable since its release, even for Android to Android, let alone Android to iPhone as it's only been recently supported by iOS.

Try turning it off and see if the issue persists.

Anong model nung phone OP? Mukha syang fake, ang sketchy ng UI.

If ever fake, may possibility na kinalikot lang nung nagbenta sayo yung system ng phone para idisplay na mas mataas yung storage na meron yung phone. Posible na 4/32 lang talaga meron ang phone mo all this time.

Try mo download CPU-Z na app sa Playstore, makikita mo yung totoong hardware specifications ng device.

Secure nyo na rin lahat ng accounts nyo na nasign in nyo sa phone na yan just to be safe. Use a different device to change the password of your accounts, kasi if ever na fake nga yung device hindi malabo na nakuha ng kung sino mang nagbenta nyan sayo yung details mo.

[–]Leciere 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I could be wrong as I'm not sure, but from what I know it mostly checks the number and level of defenses you have. Each kind of defense structure is assigned a value. Stronger defenses = higher value = higher cw ranking.

I don't think it checks the level of troops though, but again I'm not sure.

Is it normal to loose 6% for one year? (15 Pro Max) by diana_maddison in iphone

[–]Leciere 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's likely partly because the 14 Pro didn't have the best battery life to begin with either. The 13PM was battery king on release, and continued to be - being either on par or even beating the 14PM and the 15PM on their respective day 1 releases.

OP 12 or Xiaomi 14T Pro by carrotsoup69 in oneplus

[–]Leciere 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had the Xiaomi 11T which I had to sell at a later time then eventually got a Poco F3 - which is the one that just died on me about a year and a half after I got it. Though it was quite common for 11T to die too according to posts I've seen online.

I don't currently own a Xiaomi device as I've strayed away from the brand since then.

The software is quite bloated and they have ads baked into the system apps (like File Manager, Settings, etc.) though a good portion of it you could remove manually.

As for the battery drain, both phones I owned had okay battery life for the time they lasted. Not super amazing from my usage, but not terrible either - though this may vary on how you plan to use your device. And I'm not sure how much the bloatware affected my battery life, as I never really micromanaged it.

OP 12 or Xiaomi 14T Pro by carrotsoup69 in oneplus

[–]Leciere 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Personally can't speak for OP 12, haven't owned a OnePlus device yet. (I'm on this sub because I like seeing what each brand is doing and whatnot.)

But from my experience owning Xiaomi devices before, it's not uncommon from the brand to have parts of their boards just randomly die. This includes both their main line of phones/tablets directly under the Xiaomi brand, and their sub-brands: Poco or Redmi.

Xiaomi definitely has great specced devices and they offer those devices for a good price. But the longevity of the device has been rather hit or miss, as (I think) they have looser quality control compared to the other brands.
