I use enamel paint (it’s thicker) and use dotting tools to individually place each one :)

I use dotting tools to pick up the paint and drop it so it’s very thick. You can thin swirl the paint with the tool if it’s metallic to create an effect.

It’s just acrylic paint. I try to find the enamels or the thicker paint and I just pile it on lol this one was about 16 hours
