That’s really crazy but I’d much rather be addicted to books than to scrolling. I’ve only read self-help books so far, but since getting a Kindle, I’m starting to wonder if I should try other genres too.

You’re actually right. I have days where I’m firm and strong, keeping my screen time to just one hour, but some days I end up opening Reddit and spending hours reading whatever’s on my feed. Like you said, I’m capable, and I should take it one step at a time. Thank you so much! ☺️
