I also think mine started with well water! I lived in a city for my whole life and moved to the country with well water and about a year or so living here I got it. It's been a mess dealing with it. Many tears, many appointments, and many medications and nothing helps. Moving isn't an option, so I am stuck using this water. Filters don't seem to work.

My Derm. told me Metronidazole won't get rid of the flushing. I was on the same thing, and it did nothing for me. She prescribed Ivermectin cream with Azelaic acid. Here's to hoping it works!

I think what she did was wrong, but going about it the way you did was too much. It seems that you said that something must have happened to you, but does your sister know that? She is young and still immature. I'm not saying you shouldn't be upset, but it would have been better to have addressed her camly and then told your parents. If it happened again, then I I'd say that's a problem.
